Gifty Powers of BBNaija slams Nollywood celebrities for ignoring Hanks Anuku
Gifty Powers, a former Big Brother Naija housemate, has slammed wealthy celebrities for ignoring Hanks Anuku’s alleged mental struggle.
Hanks Anuku made headlines for a week after a disturbing video of him surfaced online in a viral video.
In response, the Nollywood veteran stated that the video was false and that he is not mentally ill, as was widely circulated.
Powers, on the other hand, criticized the hypocrisy of wealthy celebrities flaunting their wealth while refusing to help their struggling coworkers.
The ex-BBN housemate also mentioned how some people risk their lives to brag on social media.
“It’s funny how the so-called celebrities post their luxuries on their page, yet they can’t afford to contribute something on Hanks Anuku’s behalf,” she wrote.

Kudus scores twice as Ghana takes the lead.
“The so-called multi-billionaire daughters and fathers, the ones married to aspiring politicians, the actresses who sleep with politicians, the actors who do the yahoo, the singers and musicians.” It’s a pity.
“Y’all can’t come out to support a colleague who is frantically running through the streets. That is the world we live in. People sacrifice their souls in order to brag on social media and make young people feel as if their efforts have been in vain.
“And after hanging their dotty undies outside, they come on their page and write as their caption, with God, all things are possible, Small girl, big God.” Una is on fire as a result of the thunder. Fools in their 30s, 40s, and so on.”
