HON. IGBADIWEI EMERGES AS CHAIRMAN OF TWO COMMITTEES AS THE BAYELSA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY HOLDS IT’S MAIDEN INAUGURAL SITTING

TRACKING >>The Honourable Member representing Southern Ijaw Constituency 4, Chief Hon (Barr.) Macdonald Igbadiwei, resumed his legislative activities as the Bayelsa State House of Assembly held it’s first maiden inaugural sitting today at the sacred floor of the house.
The house ably led by the Rt. Hon. Tonye Emmanuel Isenah screened and confirmed Barr. Ajoko P as Member representing Kolokuma/Opokuma in the Bayelsa State Independent Electoral Commission (BYSIEC). Also, the Speaker equally constituted special adhoc committees.
Upon constitution of the committees, Hon. Macdonald Igbadiwei emerged as Chairman of two committees namely House Committee on Culture and Ijaw National Affairs, and House Committee on Justice and Judiciary. The honourable member was equally nominated to be a member of other committees of the house.
Hon. Macdonald Igbadiwei equally seized the medium to appreciate God Almighty, the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and the good people of Southern Ijaw Constituency 4 for giving him the mandate to represent them at the Hallowed Chamber.
The house having exhausted the business of the day adjourned plenary to a new date.
