The Department of State Security (DSS) has arrested a 23-year-old lady, Fildausi Ahamadu, for allegedly threatening to commit suicide with all those she felt were responsible for the victory of the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Kano state, Nasiru Gawuna, at the election petitions tribunal.

A reliable source within the DSS who craved anonymity told Punch that the lady was in the custody of the secret police.

In a viral video clip in the city, Fildausi claimed to be fighting for the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) and Governor Abba Yusuf.

Speaking in Hausa, Fildausi verbally attacked the lead judge in the tribunal, warning that anywhere she sees (the judge), she won’t mind holding her with a bomb to commit suicide.

Similarly, the lady warned Gawuna, saying, “You dare not indicate your location; otherwise, I don’t mind striking you with a bomb vest to commit suicide.”

The lady also attacked Vice President Kashim Shettima, calling him names and blaming him for being behind the court predicament of the NNPP in Kano state.

“We are indeed taking Fildausi Musa Ahamadu to court because these threats should not be taken lightly,” the DSS source said.
