EPL: He has great skills, beat players one on one – Ten Hag hails Man United’s Argentina star
Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has hailed Alejandro Garnacho, saying the young Argentina possesses rare skills.
The player’s ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations has made Ten Hag see him as one of the skillful players in the Premier League.
Garnacho came off the bench in Saturday’s Manchester derby to provide the assist for Marcus Rashford’s winner in the 2-1 win.
“He has a skill that I don’t see many players in the Premier League having — he beats players one on one,” ten Hag told a press conference on Tuesday.
Manchester United take on Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Wednesday and a win will put them in second place in the Premier League table.
Speaking further about the player, Ten Hag added, “He’s learnt in the last months about how to play in a team, how to live, how to do the right things in the week…
“Also for him it’s to keep going in the process. It’s not done. There is a lot to come…I’m really happy
