Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports

Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Candidate, will meet with the Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), and other Northern groups.
According to Atiku’s media adviser, Paul Ibe, the former Vice President will attend the Arewa Joint Committee interactive session on Saturday at the Arewa House in Kaduna State.

According to Ibe, the event is being organized so that Northern elders can review the policy ideologies of presidential candidates from the country’s major political parties.

He said Atiku would meet with the groups at 1:00 p.m., emphasizing that the dialogue is a campaign event, with a rally planned for Monday in the state.

Ibe stated that the event provides another opportunity for the PDP presidential candidate to present his policy document to Northern leaders and Nigerians.

“The dialogue promises to be another opportunity for the PDP presidential candidate to relay to the audience at the event his policy document titled, ‘My Covenant with Nigerians,’” he said.

According to Track News, the interactive session is being organized by a number of organizations, including Arewa House, Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, Arewa Research and Development Project, ACF, and NEF.
